What is KAMRCH?
The essence of the project KAMRCH is in its name:
to come and reconvene (reassemble, rebuild, restructure) anew.

Primarily about the Person
Reassembling oneself is much deeper than simply assembling and disassembling clothing and then reassembling it from parts again and again.
This is primarily about a person reconstructing themselves. We are talking about how throughout their lives, individuals often abandon their own certain qualities, talents, dreams, and desires because influential others consider them uninteresting, incorrect, potentially toxic to someone, shortsighted, unprofitable, and so on. Very soon, a person begins to think this way as well.

What does this path lead to? Correctly: to depression, negative moods, conflicts, grievances against oneself and/or everyone around them, primarily their family, their parents for not having done something, and their children for not allowing them to realize themselves, among other things.

The Person itself
Help them find themselves. To be able to separate their interests from the stereotypes imposed by others that they have absorbed through foreign narratives, freeing themselves from dependencies and susceptibility to manipulation. As a result: improved health, mood, targeted professional realization, and achievement of personal goals
Family
Build relationships within their family with spouses and loved ones, cease competition and conflict within the family by aligning spouses towards a unified family mission so that they complement each other in their journey without suppressing their own realizations and opportunities in achieving their goals.
Parents
Work through relationships with their parents. Finish dependent relationships characterized by envy, victimhood, pity, or criticism. Understand their motivations, and consequently their behavior; accept them and learn to live your life within a new paradigm.
Childgren
Establish relationships with their children in order to understand their true interests and talents, helping them realize those rather than imposing foreign scenarios, expectations, or aspirations
Work and Business
Assist in the proper realization at work and in business: reassess relationships with partners and employees, look at their goals in the project from a different perspective, understand their motivations in working on the same project. Realize how they may divert from goals, hinder project achievements, create crises or conversely, how they may have been maintaining the correct direction.
Combine all together
Create Healthy Dynasty - unite personal and family realizations as well as assets that have been earned to build a dynastic direction so that children appreciate the family's investments while also finding a way to effectively continue the efforts and work of previous generations in comply with their own interests and tallents.
Reunite himself, family and business
In other words, the task is to create Helthy Dynasty - help a person "rebuild" themselves and then unite around them emotionally and psychologically—through shared goals and collaborative work—their family, parents, children, and business. Why?
To transform this into a unified strategic path for uniting their lineage and capital while fostering an understanding among themselves and future generations of the value of participation from previous generations and the necessity of supporting and developing such a dynasty based on self-understanding, talent development, and values...
